Meter Burn is built by a one-engineer studio, so support is not a queue and not a bot. Mail support@avantmedia.uk and the person who wrote the code reads it.
What to include
The app has no analytics and sends us nothing, which is deliberate — and it does mean a report is all we get. These four things turn most reports into a fix:
- Which device — iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, and its OS version.
- Where you were — the tab or screen, and whether a workout was running at the time.
- What you expected instead — often the fastest way to spot a disagreement about what the app is supposed to do.
- Whether it repeats — every time, or once.
Screenshots help. Please crop out anything you would rather not send — nothing in a screenshot reaches us unless you attach it.
Before you write: two things that explain most surprises
Health readings look wrong or missing. Heart rate and active energy are read from Apple Health when you look at them, not stored by the app. If Health has no data for that workout, there is nothing to show. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health to confirm Meter Burn still has permission.
Your devices disagree. Training data syncs through your own private iCloud, so a device that is signed out of iCloud, or has iCloud Drive off, will drift. Signing back in reconciles it.
Your data, and removing it
Everything lives on your devices, in your private iCloud, and in Apple Health — never on our side, so there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf. To remove it yourself: delete the app to clear it from a device, delete it from iCloud storage to remove the synced copy, and remove workouts in the Apple Health app to clear what Meter Burn wrote there.

Requirements
Meter Burn is free on the App Store and runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It requires iOS 26.1; the Apple Watch app requires watchOS 10 and works independently of the phone.
